We accept returns and exchanges for items in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note the following:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
